What's on the menu?
Got this idea from the Texas MB. I'm curious what the rest of you all are eating. I think it's especially important since we are all several months out.
B-protein shake
s-citracal
L-shrimp & corn chowder (hmm, not feeling that great - either too much carbs, or too much period because it was yummy)
S-8 soy crisps.
D-probably a protein bar b/c dd plays volleyball tonight.
S-maybe two meatballs (leftovers) if I'm hungry
~Protein Shake
B: Turkey rolled with a slice of american cheese
24 oz water
L: 1/2 big train protein pancake with sf jelly
~some apple
international coffee (decaf & sugar free~what a treat)
16 oz water
D: Chick peas (I think, that's what I brought to work, but if I'm not feeling it, may wait till I get home and have fish)
~some salad
24 oz water
(+all vitamins and calcium)
That's about it I guess
not very exciting, I like to cook, but on work days it's hard and in the summer I really don't desire it. I can't wait for the fall, there are so many great recipes I'm dying to try!

I am so glad you posted this. I love to read the March board because they do this daily, and even though they are 3-mos ahead of us, I get some great meal ideas from reading their posts.
B-Protein Shake (12 oz. Crystal Light w 1 scoop unflavored protein powder)
S-3/4 cup dry Special K Protein cereal (love this stuff-it is always in a baggie in my purse)
L-4 meat raviolis w. a little sauce and parm cheese. A few pieces of salad with lowfat ceaser dressing
S-2 saltines with Simply Jiff
D-2oz. chicken, some broccoli with cheese and a few noodles
S-Another protein shake, because I know my protein is too low today.
I'm also running low on fluid today (44 oz)... too many meetings and distractions. In the beginning I used fitday.com to log food, and I think I have gotten a little too lax, and need to do that again. It really helped keep me on track.

I am having vitamin and protein problems and I am trying to correct them before my hair and teeth fall out. My nut has given prescriptions for additioanl vitamin.
