So do you think it was the chips or the cheese sauce that did it? I've had chips and cheese sauce, and didn't have any side effects from it.

I haven't been brave enough to try anything yet. Where you in a restaurant? Did you get sick there or did you make it home? I'm so scared of getting sick in public.

Im assuming by breaking you mean eating something that may not be the greatest?? I havent had too many issues eating so far.... so I guess you could say I "broke" long ago. Ive had a fast food burgers and chicken... pulled most of the bread off the burger.. the chicken - too dry so it didnt go over well. Ive gotten over most of my head hungers and dont eat/want the fast food any more. Thankfully I havent dumped yet... worst Ive had is just eating something too high in sugar or fat and getting gassy and going back and forth to the potty.

Wow, I can't eat much of what I'm supposed to eat to say nothing of what I'm not supposed to eat! I like the smell of certain foods (but greasy fried foods have totally turned me off, makes me feel sick). I haven't had the dumping syndrome and hope to not have it. I have vomited some and that is bad enough. My hubby had Mcdonalds yesterday afternoon and all I did was sit and sip on his iced tea. I didn't have the desire to touch any of their foods.

Oh, yeah! I've had chips - a couple don't do much to me and taste oh, so wonderful. But that half mini-bag I had Friday night - oh, my gosh. Let's just say the unpleasantness lasted to the next evening. I also have tried a fudgsycle and half a cookie. Neither did anything to me (I'm sad to say). I think my key is that if I just have a few bites, I'm cool. But if I try to eat anything that approaches a "normal serving size", my pouch doesn't like it. Do you all remember the days when we all laughed at those serving sizes on products - like a bag of chips or candy bar or individual meal was two servings. I think it's humorous now b/c I look at a serving size and it last me 3 meals!
