How's everyone doing?

Hello, UGH!! I do not feel I am on track at all!! I am so fusterated with my self.... I am not loosing very fast..down 50 lbs in 10 weeks.. (my DR's goal is 60 lbs- at 3 month check up) I sneek a hand full of chips every now and then... My water is on average ok...I know I am short priteine I am sure.. And since I had a stricture for 2 weeks I was unable to get most of my vitimins.. I was dialiated on Friday, and I still have not gotten back on my vitimin retuine...I wish I could kick my own a$$ at times.. LOL Well keep up the good work!! Im still trying to get my motivation in high gear. Kayce

Kayce - congrats on the 50# weight loss. Just take it slow and make a pact with yourself to get "more" vitamins down today than yesterday. Even if it's just a little more, you are making progress! I have had some stalls lately also. It seems since I have been eating real food the progress is much slower. I've been tracking foods at www.fitday.com and I see I'm only getting about 400-500 calories, mostly protein so I should be losing more. The only times I'm seeing that 2-3 pound loss is when I'm feeling sick and don't eat hardly anything for a day. I figure if it's not more than it was before, I'm okay although I would like to have more than a 10# loss at my next week appointment (3 month). But I'm telling myself I'm happy with anything that is less. Keep your chin up!
