It's hot here in Houston. I'm down an unofficial 38 pounds and got into a size 18-20 skirt today. I used to wear a tight 22-24. The real kicker was I was at Academy last night and decided I needed a new pair of work-out pants - a Large, can you believe it? They must have been mismarked. My size XL shorts I bought a week earlier brought me back to reality when I got home. I only got sick (vomit) once b/c I ate too soon - scrambled eggs also. Still not eating chicken or beef. I am able to eat a few bites of fish w/o a lot of discomfort.

Hey there!!!! I am a june 19th'er I am incorporating some solid foods... I still love my tomato soup.. I have had a few bad days... Not chewing my food well, vomiting at family BBQ's because I havent figured stuff out, but overall doing great. I ate some avacado yesterday..... DELIGHTFUL! I was an open, and I am having some pain on right side, Dr thinks its muscle pull (I have to carry my daughter around... husband just left for Iraq) but if it doesnt get better by friday, I am Cat-Scan bound. I started out at 297, I am now at 263 and my neice and nephew make fun of the fact that my pants are falling off of me! GO JUNE BABIES GO!

I am doing great! I have started solids. I am glad to say that chicken is my friend! I am averaging about 600 calories. My protein is at about 60 grams. It helps being able to eat meat. I drink one protein shake a day. My favorites are the Protein Delite products. I go back to work on the 26th! HOWEVER, I REALLY would like to be able to wear pants when I go back to work! I have been living in my shorts with the elastic waist that I pull up to under my bra... At my 3 week check in, I was down27#'s! Robin 274/247

June 20th baby here. I am doing ok. At my 2 week check up I was down 18 lbs and I go in for my one month visit on friday. According to my scale I have only lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks, so I am hoping it starts coming off a bit quicker soon. I have been kind of depressed lately and I have no motivation to do anything. I have the summer off and don't have to go back to wor****il the end of august, but I have a ton of stuff I wanted to get done this summer. I just dont seem to have any energy. I am doing my best to get in my protein and water. I have not been walking as much as I should. I am hoping to be able to go back to the pool after my apt. on friday. I have not had any problems with food or dumping. Everything seems to go down fine. I do find myself craving bad food a lot which frustrates me. Sounds like all of you other june babies are doing great! Keep up the good work.

I'm a late poster but I am doing great!!! I am one month post-op. I am on regular foods. Averaging 800-1200 cal/day and 60-90g of protein. I am down (as of this morning) 36lbs Yahooooooooo. The pain is finally going away and I feel like I am more towards a normal life, at least my new normal life!!! It is VERY hot here in the mighty mid-west, which I am not a fan of! I have gone down 3 dress sizes so far! Ok, can you tell I am now enthusiastic???? Heather 284/248/only time will tell

My surgery was June 20th and I am down 32 pounds. I'm eating pureed soups, protein shakes, cottage cheese with sf Jello, and yummy lowfat chicken salad that I whip up in my Majik Bullet. The only problem that I have been having is getting my fluids in. I'm feeling a bit dehydrated. The gurgling everytime I swallow water, etc. is a bit unpleasant. I'm never sure if it is going to continue on down. I have not dumped or thown up yet, but have had a few moments when I felt a bit urpy. Yippee to all of us!!!!! -karen-

Hello All June BABIEES WE totally ROCK!!!! I had surgery June 15th which puts me at 5 weeks out by tomorrow. I have been doing extremely well. I have lost 21+ (I don't weight myself unless I'm at the doctor's office). I'm sure I've lost more but I like to keep myself surprised although the evidence is in the loose cloths and coworkers, family & friends saying I look so much smaller and get this YOUNGER. This was proved today when a 16 year old boy asked for my phone number..I was schocked I mean I'm 25 but he is a baby..... It sure did feel good though. I'm gonna go shopping next week only cause I wanna see if I can fit into a 18/20...I started at a 22/24 we'll see. Keep it up JUNE Babies nepo
