Hi peeps,
How are ya all doing ? Well my question for the day is what exercises are you doing to keep the bat wings at bay. I notised my arm fat is starting to overlap.
I am using 1 lb weights to work out my arms but it doesn't seem to be helping.
Any suggestions ?
Hi Nancy and Tink
1lb is too light - use 3lb then work up to 5lb. If you go to webmd.com and search womens arms exercises they give a great set of exercises to do. I have been doing them for 2 weeks now and have noticed a difference on the top of my arm - still too much fat on the bottom thou!!!! Also - if you have access to gym equiptment muscletech.com has good exercises. Annnnnnnnnnd swimming - swimming is great to tone the arms - you can buy water weights and do wateraerobics!

I just went and pre-paid for a year at a brand new gym and I am sooooooooo pumped up. I worked out my wings today using 10 lb weights and I did the treadmill for 22 min .
Hi Annalise...
How ya doin? A year membership!?!?!?!? Lucky you!! I'm jealous! I don't have very good gym membership options and I'm afraid since the drive is ridiculous I wouldn't use it often enough to justify... I'm still thinking though. Wish I could help with the batwings, but I TOO want the answer! Thanks to the person above who posted the links, I'm going to check those out later when I have time.
