full liquids, suggestions?
My NUT suggested cooking a healthy choice dinner, and then dumping it in a blender to make it the consistency of runny mashed potatoes.
To that I said
I have gotten a kick out of cocoa and oatmeal (on the mushy side) made with skim milk though. Shakes up the routine a bit. If you're a cottage cheese person they say that's an excellent source of protein.
