Not getting enough Protien & Water

Glad to hear other people having the same problem! I haven't been counting my water, just trying to get in as much as I can. I like to add Sugar free Tang or Crystal light to my water.. and sometimes sugar free kool aid. My biggest problem is protein intake! I used to love Tuna, Salmon, Fish, Chicken, cottage cheese before surgery, and now that I've had to eat only that - I can't hardly stomach the smell of them - let alone eat them. The protein shakes make me queezy also. I'm lucky if I get in 30g protein a day. Do you guys have any recipes for what you are eating now???? Thanks! Heather

When I first went to stage two, they told me peanut butter was a great source of protein - our NUT doesn't recommend protein drinks and bars yet - so I thought great I love PB. That lasted a week. Now I cannot tolerate PB...think I overdid it. Anyway, I am having a hard time with my protein. Water, also. It just seems like all I do is drink. I was a gulper pre-op. To sip water is awful, but its getting easier.
