where are all the june19thers

Where are you guys? I hope everyone is doing well. As we all heal and walk walk walk our way into our new lives..

I am here and doing great. I am down 24 lbs and I am walking in the evenings when it cools down. I wish I could do more then walk but I am unable to. I still have alot of healing to do. How are you doing and what are you eating. I get to start mushies today and am soooooooooo excited.

I started mu**** was great after almost a week and half of liquid. I have lost 26 lbs so i am down 42 and change since i started this journey in feb. I am so excited i hope i can loose another 10 at least before My dh comes home on leave from overseas. I would love to see the look on his face with a 50 lb weight loss. .. well thats all from me for now jilly

Wow thats great Jilly, Yesterday I was in alot of pain with gas trapped in my shoulder. I have'nt really had a big problem with the gas so I was kinda bummed that the gas monster came out 2 weeks post-op. I have been awake since 4:30 pacing the hallway trying to walk it off . I hope your husband gets to see you 50 lbs lighter too. I know you can do it. Just up your water,protien and exercise and I know you will get there. You'll have to keep me posted .
