Full fluids/puree diet ideas??
Hi Everyone,
I'm on my 2nd and final week now of the full fluid diet and I've been having a few issues. Stuff is now going down quite well with very little pain and gas but I can not STAND the taste of that 'tasteless' protein powder mixed with anything! Therefore I am not adding it. I'm getting about 2 protein drinks a day (50g of protein) but not the extra protein that is in those scoops (it makes me gag!) Is this horrible that I am lower on the protein than I should be??
I have been using NEW WHEY protein drink which is good - does anyone have any other protein drink suggestions?
Also, I took a look at the puree diet and I am just curious what others have done in this phase? Baby food? What works well? What doesn't work?
Any suggestions? Please let me know!
