My new thing is Quaker Oats Weight Control, Banana Bread Flavor Oatmeal. BTW, I HATED oatmeal before WLS. Anyway, I take a packet of oatmeal and 1 cup of skim milk and microwave for 1.5 minutes. That makes 2 meals for me and is yummy and soothing! I am actually still on my whole liquid stage. Robin

Hey Robin, You could stir some unflavored or maybe even vanilla Unjury protein (I love that stuff) in that and have a hi pro oatmeal. I've been wanting oatmeal but figured I couldn't eat enough of it this soon out to make it worthwhile. Thanks! Amy

I love my refried beans with cheese.. and my crockpot cheesy chicken... I just bought some of that oatmeal a few days ago, but in the maple flavor (or something like that). I haven't tried it yet, but maybe I will on Tuesday, when I'm off work for the holiday... I'm technically on "pureed" but i haven't actually pureed anything LOL Lisa
