What is everyone eating/drinking today I only just recently woke up but so far I have gagged down some fruit pnch flavored Isopure and 2 oz of water

Well since my little one is home and i cant sleep past 7am For breakfast i had: half a scrambled egg with cheese ( my 3 year old ate most of it) 8oz of crystal light fruit punch For lunch: 2 oz of protein pudding ( sugar free chocolate pudding with two scoops of protein powerder in it) mmm gross and i am going to treat myself this afternoon to some diet snapple for my afternoon fluids till dinner

For Breakfast I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast Shake For Lunch it was a baked potato with sour cream and margarine 34oz water, 20 oz Propel Snacked on half of a no sugar added vanilla pudding For dinner, I think I'm going to cook a chicken breast and blend it in the food processor, not really sure yet...or soup.

Prior to breakfast I had about 20 oz of water. Breakfast consisted of a scoop of protien powder, 8 oz of soy milk and 1 packet of splenday - tasty. Lunch and Dinner will consist of some type of low-fat mushie - joy. Then I'll end the day with one more protien shake without the soy milk. All they while, I'll throw in a citracal here, a multi-vit there and cap the evening off with a prevacid capsule. Looking forward to Monday - shrimp, chicken, and ground meat. Finally, some meat.
