My birthday was on June 14th (surgery done on the 15th) and I asked for a set of digital scales. This is what I got: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4213535 I really like them. You can set goals and everytime you weigh it tells you to the tenth how much you've lost or gained. Very easy to use.

I own a Tanita brand that I picked up at a sporting goods store. It's more pricey ($60), but it tells you your weight as well as your % of body fat. It also breaks the weight down..i.e. 219.4, 365.8, etc. I commend you for not becoming scale obessed. There are times when I wish we didn't have one. I weigh myself every morning when I first get up and even though I know it's not realistic to expect loss every day and I should only weigh 1 time every week or 2 weeks, I still get frustrated when the scale doesn't move.
