24 hours Post Op: I'm a loser!

Well Folks, I am 24 hours POST OP, and things are going great! Ok, so it feels like I was kicked in my left side by a horse (Hmm, since I've never been kicked by a horse, I'm guessing a bit). The staff kept me going, and I slept reasonably well last night except for on my left side. In the past hours I drank 2 Capri Suns (which they gave me)and 2 16oz bottles of water. All bodily functions are normal, so I guess I just have to heal. Thanks for all the good wishes. Darrin

Darrin, that's fantastic!!! I'm so glad to hear from you and see that you're doing well... you've drank so much!!! I'm jealous, as I know it will be so much harder for me- but you've done fantastic. kudos to you sir! I can imagine what a horse kick feels like, though I've never felt it either... Ouch! Congrats Darrin!!!! I know what you mean about the kicked by a horse thing, never had it, never really want it, but it sure is a great analogy. Keep up the great work on your drinking and let us know how you are doing each day. Jeanna
