Seems like so many left and never came back,I can understand recent surgeries being MIA but almost everyone disappeared, even the others who has surgery in the final stretch are gone. Brenda,Tin and I are posting updates on our Angelettes and there is no replies. But yet there are more threads being posted daily... as there should be....What has happened here? a month ago it was wonderful and now............. This is a support group, and we are all to look out for one another,no posts should go ignored. That is sad for the people that come back to the board to see.It is like no one cares. I really did not want to write this post, but I needed to get this off my chest. If you are mad at me for it so be it but I am only looking out for the new post ops and how they will feel. sorry.....

Nancy, I sooo hear you!!! I've been crazy busy, and feeling guilty as all heck that I haven't been posting congrats to all our new surgery buddies as they go for surgery, but it was getting to be more then I could keep up with! I'm getting close to my surgery, and feeling very crunched for time, hopefully that is part of what others are experiencing?? I know some are still probably not feeling like themselves, and a whole group are still getting ready, though in these last days I find myself on here SCOURING the site for info and truly enjoying every little story and tidbit of information. I think too - part of the problem is fresh post op - and pre-op people are looking for the experiences of those more seasoned then us... I know to a large degree I am, but I still like to come here and hang out with those who are right where I am! I try to post at least every couple of days. AND - I do have to say, that while no one posted, I saw that after I put out the call for surgery report for Annalise, 13 people signed her page! So maybe that's a good sign?? Anyways, (((HUGS))) to you, we'll keep it going, and others will come around I'm sure.

Nancy and Tin thank you so much for your support I just finished reading my surgery support page. I hope all our june buddies come back soon. I am doing okay right now today I am up to 11 oz. of protien, and 11 ounces of clear fluids and it is almost 7pm. I get this painful feeling like I want to burp but I cant everytime I drink anything. I get up to pace the hall once every hour and I got all my vitamins and calcium in too. I know that I cant get in all my protien yet (84 grams) but everyday I will keep pushing myself a little more. Thanks for all your support.

ROFL!you know on and on and on and on...... anyway I hope this thread will draw everyone back in! Hey!!!!!!!! I see where you are coming from. I too haven't been on like I used to. Besides recovering... I am also caring for and raising 4 kids, keeping a husband happy, taking care of my home..Etc...... I do come on and check for posts that I might be able to help with. If I find one that I think I can help with, I reply, if the problem post has already been addressed in the way I would have, I move on. I used to post 4-5 times a day at least. Now I am down to maybe one. Maybe when I am back to 100% and school starts again I will have more time. Know that just because we don't all post... Doesn't mean prayers weren't sent to a person in need! Honestly... I spend lots of time looking at before and after pics and reading profiles. That in itself is very time consuming. Congrats to all of the latest post-ops. Good luck to all the upcoming surgeries. May everyone else continue the success they have achieved so far.

I really don't post here much, so I don't check in, sorry! Plus, I am still somewhat new to the whole post-op thing and getting back into the swing of things is hard. Add to that I had a stricture and on my two week appt. was admitted to the hospital for (the second time) severe dehydration and to get the less than 1mm opening stretched...I have been a bit sidetracked. Sorry bout that. I will try to check in on everyone and post more. I hope everyone who has had the surgery had a good expereince and is healing well and those to come have an uneventful time and speedy recovery. Best wishes to ALL!! Thanks for the reminder!!
