I have a date!!

This is my first time posting to the 'month' board. I went to the surgeon's office yesterday and I got the last date available for this month - June 30th! Today I start my 'diet' they want me to do for two weeks (even though it's less than two weeks from now). I'm not freaking out yet. Just trying to keep busy to keep from thinking about it too much. Congrats! Doesnt it feel good to see your surgery date on the top of each post. IT's like you work so hard and all your efforts and energy comes down to that one date

Michelle, Congrats on your date!! I knew there would have to be more June 30's... I am one too, and there aren't that many of us yet! lol... I just started my pre-op diet today, my surgeon doesn't require one, but if I gain even one pound she will call it off, and I've known for the last 5 weeks and had my share of "last" suppers, so wanna make sure I'm not over when I see her! Keep us posted, this is a great little forum over here and I'm glad you've joined us.. Tin K
