Progress?
I just wanted to post and let everyone know how I was doing and see how the early month surgeries are doing as well.
I am down 19lbs in 10 days.
I have been experimenting with food and so far everything I have tried seems to be going well, everything except tunafish, that didnt sit very well.
Its been a struggle to get all my water in....I never drank a whole lot to begin with so all this fluid just makes me feel soooo bloated everyday but I am trying my best
Where is everyone with eating and weight?

I am 6/5 too. I have not tried too many things yet. I was in the hospital for 7 days and they only gave me broth and jello. The last day they did give me cream of wheat. It tasted like heaven. I have had it a couple of times since I have been home too. I eat cottage cheese at least once a day. I had 3 saltines with it for dinner tonight. I also eat yoghurt at least once a day. Vanilla light and fit. Yesterday I added a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a dash of cinnimon. It is not the greatest but it is pretty easy to get in the protein powder that way. I did have a couple finger fulls of creamy peanut butter and I think if I would have eaten more than that I would have gotten sick. I got a heavy feeling in my chest and I did not like it. I have also eaten some apple sauce. That is about it. Oh yeah I did have 4 oz milk with sf instant breakfast.
I am doing okay with the water but have to add Crystal Light or something like that. When I came home from the hospital I weighed 3lbs more than then day of surgery. I have lost about 6lbs since I came home on Sunday. I have been having bowel blockage problems but otherwise feel pretty good. I got my staples out today. I didn't realize how uncomfortable they were making me.

I definately need to put the scale somewhere, I cant stay off the darned thing and I know I need to stop that, its just the first time that I can ever remeber it goes down not up. Although when it stalls I feel like I am failing already and its only been 10 days, I guess thats why everyone makes that mistake early on and then learns to stay off the scales.
