June 13th.... It feels so quick.....

I have my Surgery date for 6-13-2006, my preop tests are scheduled for 6-6-06.... It doesn't seem real... It was only last week that they scheduled everything for me.... Took forever for the insurance company to come through and my doctors to get the surgeon the information he requested...but after that it was a whirlwind.....

Richard, I'm scheduled for June 13th also in Texas. I'm starting the liquid diet this weekend, but I'm more excited about getting the surgery over and done with. Good luck. I will keep you in my prayers. Kathleen Schwedler

Congrats Richard! You are so correct! when you first start this journey it takes so long to get tot his point!(I had to go through a 6 month program first) and then all of a sudden it is like a slap of reality that this is really going to happen and FAST! It is such a great feeling though to know that we all are going through this same thing together,and in a year from now we will be discussing our one year anniversaries of our surgeries and our new lives!
