Kids ended up having school called off today! LOL! So I have a houseful of little valentines today!
Yesterday was my hubbies bday, and every year, his birthday is our valentines day, so we spent all weekend together, just fooling around and having fun. He goes back to work today, so the romance is over, but the good news is that I had a 4 day extended valentines!

I don't know much about that, but my advice to you is that your health is worth the money spent on the doctor to find out. I would go and see what is going on. Reflux is not just heartburn. It can damage your pouch and cause bleeding in the stomach and esophagus. Go now!
I hope everything turns out well for, and don't feel too guilty, we are all struggling with some overeating or eating things that we shouldn't. I don't believe many of us haven't experimented.

Hi Kerri! I made a white chocolate pound cake in a bundt pan that had hearts on the top of it. I put powdered sugar ont he top of it. I'm taking it to the plastic surgeon's office today for a treat!

Ooooo laa laa, Lucy!! Sounds like fun! I spent all evening making DH a heart shape cake and chocolate dipped strawberries. We should have a fun evening tomorrow night~ if we make it through tomorrow at school. The kids are always crazy on Valentine's Day!

My plans are to see my cutie pie plastic surgeon 
I am going to wear my valentine's day undies - new bra - black with pink and white hearts (padded with underwire) and pink ribbon and same motif for my bikini underpants. Clothes - well, a valentine day sweater and black pants, red shoes. I even have a red wool coat I bought on Sunday! Matching jewelry too. My consult for brachioplasty and breast reconstruction.
I'm thinking about wearing my long red wig too!
I'm waiting to hear about my job!

I haven't had much restriction for a few months and am not able to see my surgeon due to no insurance/financial issues. I have had increasing heartburn (not reflux) for about a month now and have read that these symptoms could be a dilated pouch. I am scared!!! What should I do? Should I fast for a few days??
And yes, I have pushed it. I am guilty of overeating. I confess, I have screwed up with no excuses. Nevertheless, I'm worried and don't know what to do. :-{

Hi Wendy. I didn't say anything about my surgery. A lot depends upon two factors: One, I get the job and two, exact date for the surgery. My brother-in-law is into astrology and looking for the best dates for me to have surgery. I asked him to look into the week of March 14th as the best choice, because then I will be able to have it before I leave my current job. I would take a few days off to recooperate.
If not, then I would have to ask for 2 days off, like a Thursday and Friday with a return work day of Monday. Then I'm looking at sometime late April or early May. Again dependent upon good surgery dates for me.
That's without coordinating it with the plastic surgeon's schedule.
It's all one step at a time. I should know more by Wednesday, one way or the other. If I don't get the job, well that's another new ball game.
I don't want to come into a new position and then ask for a few days off. Hopefully, it is possible and all will work out for me in the end. I'm trying to stay positive.
