That is great. Just a word of advice, try to avoid testing with sugar, I was like you and could only handle small amounts, but have slowly built up a tolerance and can pretty much handle as much sugar as I want. I hope that I can rebuild my dumping trigger though. I have heard that you can if you go back to basics and use protein almost exclusively for awhile. I am happy you are doing well Alesia! Keep up the positive vibes, we back sliders need it! I haven't done so well lately, especially since all the valentines stuff has been around. Wendy

Good afternoon everyone! I am happy to say that I am having plastic surgery on March 12th! YAY, only 25 days away. I am having a brachioplasty, revision of my LBL just above the pubic area to get rid of the Ken doll look, and a breast lift with augmentation. Now I have to get organized and ready! Bring on the protein... Hopefully by tomorrow I'll hear about the job. Take care and big hugs, Lucy

Hi Alesia. Yeah, the pouch still rules! YAY!! I, too get those calls of eat this, eat that. Sometimes I do give into the calling. I don't dump on anything. I wish I did. I only get pain in my pouch and have to wait until it goes away. Good for you that your pouch lets you know who is the boss! Take care, Lucy

What a wonderful tool this pouch thing is... Made it all day yesterday through the Choco-call without any problems...Then today I stop for my morning latte and decide to splurge a little - the scones were calling me...So I picked up a scone to have after my coffee...Only ate 1/2, about 45 minutes later, whoooo, I was in full blown dumping syndrome... This may sound weird but I'm so glad...I've always know I could only handle just a little dose of real sugar and that has what has helped keep me on the straight and narrow on days like Valentines & birthday parties & Christimas & etc...Bless this little pouch it still works, and kicked in and kicked my butt when I needed a fresh reminder that sugar & carbs are NOT a good thing... Hope everyone else faired well against the devil chocolate... Alesia

I too feel no matter what if you think there is a problem regardless of money situations and insurance needs things need to be looked at if you think you have a problem. I am not that familiar with the problem your thinking you have. BUT at 19 months out we generally can eat more and if we dont use good choices we can regain and get in old habits.... hugs lisa

Good for you Lucy! Hope you get the job and I am sure you will do fine with the plastics. You have done amazing so far! I keep wondering whether I should go have my consult now with the other surgeon about my arms, breasts and thighs. I won't be having the tt til april, but it would be nice to know a price and stuff. It is funny how I was fat for so many years and now I am so impatient and want to be all done with this stuff instantly!! I sure had patience for the fat!! LOL!! Wendy

Good morning everyone! Yesterday I had my plastic surgery consult for my second round of plastics. I'm going for a brachioplasty, revision of my LBL just above the pubic area, the so called Ken doll look, breast lift with augmentation. I have to have mesh inserted under both breasts as my remaining breast tissue is sagging out of the area. There's no support left in the area. If I don't do that, my implants will pocket out and sag underneath. I'm waiting for a date. Hopefully it will be during the week of March 12th. I should know sometime today or tomorrow. PS. I'm still waiting to hear about the job. They told me too that a decision will be made by the end of this week. I did wear my cute Valentine's Day undies. Hey, if I can't show them to my plastic surgeon who has seen it all, who can I show it off to?? I felt quite sexy in them and with my long red haired wig, I was feeling on top of the world! My thighs are healing up nicely. Now it is 10 weeks post-op. I can't believe how fast time goes by. Now, I'm looking forward to my second round of plastics! YAY!!! Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day! Hugs, Lucy
