I am here. I just have been really busy with school and finals and work. You know the routine. I dont get to check in as often but today is my last final. Yea!!!! I am struggling with the same issues as everyone else. To much stress eating. I have put on about 8lbs this winter, but I am hoping to take it off now that school is over and I can get back to my exercise. Anyway, I am happy your plastics went well. I need to set up my two year appt soon it is coming up fast.

Well let's see, I had protein for breakfast.... good.
Hmmmmm........then I had a cup of soup for lunch not bad.
Oh, and for a snack... Strawberry little debbie cake...oooops!
two 100 calorie pack oreos, two small bowls of peanut butter swirl cereal, and for dinner....pizza, salad with RANCH and breadsticks and cinnamon rolls!! Ok just a few bites of each, but do you see a pattern here? LOL!!
I have some major bad habits some days, and others, I do great! You are right not to give up and I won't either. This is the LONG haul, but we can keep our new lives if we are persistent and don't go back permanantly to our old ways. We have each other to lean on also. That is a gift.

Sorry about your hubby! That is a bummer. Hope he is back up and doing marathons with you again soon! Email me your email address and I will send you a couple of pics of my niece that came from China. She is 2 soon to be 3 in July and the smartest, sweetest thing on two legs! Which agency are you using?

Best way to do! One or two things at a time. It really takes alot out of you. I cant afford the upper half right now either! LOL! Of course I don't know if I am doing more or not anyway. I go back and forth on it. Good luck in June and let us know how you are doing!

Just busy...DH tore up his knee playing volleyball last night (then our team lost! 
) We just finished our dossier to adopt from China... and we are prepping to go to Spokane, WA for a big race called Bloomsday~ only about 7.5 miles, but I'm glad to be doing that one instead of the 1/2 marathon I had planned for next weekend!! 6 miles of that one is all uphill!!!
