Congrats! This is something I can't wait to do! I told my youngest when I get to goal we will go to Disney World, cuz the last time we went I could only ride a few rides w/ her. So, I know this felt great!

Hi Ginger! I, too know of the nasty carb demons! Once I start, it's so hard to stop. I'm working on that one today. I had too many carbs over the weekend. I also have a sweet tooth and had too much fat free frozen yogurt this weekend. I actually dumped yesterday, just reminding me that my pouch and tool is working. I ate too much! Can you believe that this morning I went to work and saw a sweet roll and started to put it into my mouth? It wasn't good and I spit it out! What is wrong with me? I know better! I'm glad I stopped myself, otherwise I would have been eating all day today. It is really going back to basics with no snacking. That's when I do the best! Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
