Thanks so much Leslie! Yeah, I went for a long walk, 10 miles, and almost passed out from heat and sunburn. Not one of my more brilliant moments!! I finished, but boy an I paying for it today! Hope you make a smarter decision than me to celebrate your 1 year!!! The only good to come from it is that I broke into the the 180's~ 188 as of this am. That made me happy! What is an implementation? I mean are you implementing something? Just curious! Whatever it is, it sounds like it has been keeping you WAY busy. Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Deloris you look fantastic!! Did you just have the pannilectomy or did you also have the abdominoplasty? My insurance company just contacted me and told me that the panni was covered, but they never cover the ab part, so I would have out of pocket expenses of about $5,000 just for that.
