Geez Paula!! Beat yourself up much? Hey I just got back from vacation and let me tell you, it is hard to eat right camping!! I went to Mackinaw Island ... Fudge capital of the WORLD!!! AAAArrrrrgggg!!!!! I have been nibbling for 10 days on everything including that damned fudge! But ya know what! Vacation is over and it is back on the wagon!!! Just relax and pray more and try to work yourself back on track. And don't be so hard on yourself! You are a great person and just need a little more encouraging! I'm stuck on a major plateau and I'm trying to go back to the basics. I've forgotten the maximum amount of carbohydrates and fat that I'm supposed to consume in one day. Can anyone help? Also, any good recipe sites that you know of would be helpful. Thanks!
