Hi Paula~ Thanks for your imput. Maybe you're right about your body reacting to something it's been deprived of. I know how you feel about trying to stop once you've started. Even with my indulgences these last 2 weeks, there were still things that I wouldn't touch because I knew if I did, it would be all over! Any more follow up with the tribal govt.? Hugs, Kerri

Well for about the 3rd time since my surgery, I was in the ER getting IV fluid for dehydration. This has been the only negative side effect of the surgery for me. I have had the flu for a few days and every time I get sick I end up dehydrated. Anyone else have this as a side effect? I am hoping I don't have to deal with this for the rest of my life. I have been miserable. I feel better tonite, but boy what a deal! Wendy

Oh he is totally my one and only. I owe this man my whole world. I would NEVER cheat on him. I don't even consider it. I think it is just a matter of fun for me. Which is weird because 6 months ago when a guy flirted with my it sent me into a total panic which sent me to the psychologist!! Weird huh? But now I feel so much more secure with myself I know how I will react and it doesn't terrify me now. I just love how my hubby is more attentive, like you were saying, opening doors and little things like that. It is really an ego booster. Thanks Pam, Wendy

I had a friend who when she was stuck and not losing anymore.. went on vacation and ate some of those frosted animal cracker cookies. you know the ones that are pink and white and have little sprinkles on them? She started to call them magic cookies because she would lose a couple of lbs on them every time. I think it is the shock to the system and will kick start your body if it has felt deprived in anyway. It is just hard for me to stop once i start it. I have fasted for spiritual reasons a couple of times lately and i have noticed after just even skipping the two meals my desire for food is lessened and i seem to be better in control of eating when i do start eating. Not to mention i think it gives my pouch a rest and my bowels to catch you with everything. I eat less for a few days after it. Definatley worth my time and effort. Paula

Gee Kerri I never thought of myself as being inspirational. I'm really not that deep. I don't have a HUGE goal, I just want to look sexy. The 1st round of plastics will be 8/25 and I don't know when the 2nd round will be. But I will keep you posted. I almost forgot, congrats on your 1 yeaar labs!! I had to add a B1 supplement. It wasn't low, but it was dipping. Lots of love Sharyn
