Hey Lisa I'm still a week away from my TOM. But if that's it, I will be relieved since I know it will come back off.

Hello all, MEET MY DOG GRACYN. I hope that your all well. A friend of mine gave me tons of clothes. She has lost so much weight and passed them on to me. Well, many of the things were new and had tags. There was a pair of jeans in the bag that were Liz Claiborne. They were dark w/ pink rhinestones with a tag of $55.00. Too sexy! They were a size 14----- guess who has them on?? IT TIS I! I'm so thrilled!!! I have never been this small. I thank God for another chance at life. Renee'

Topic: Wanted to update the Junebugs--Questions!
I have not posted in awhile, but I wanted to update you on my progress. I have not been feeling well at all lately so when I had my one year post-op on July 10 I was anxious to get my one year blood results. When I told her of my symptoms, light headed, fatiuge, cloud in my head, unable to think clearly, black outs when standing up to fast she told me that my blood work looked fine, but that I was a little low on protein and my low blood pressure indicated that I could be slightly dehydrated so she told me to drink more water and to eat more protein. As the week wore on, I was barely able to get through a day without feeling exhausted so I went to my primary care physician. Since I had my bloodwork done through my Employee Health Services I had this bloodwork sent over to my primary care doctor. Her take on the matter was entirely different---She told me that she had seen 90 year-old women with better blood work than mine. She said that my B12 was low, my hemoglobin was low, my protein, etc. All in all she said that I was pretty much malnurished and this explains why I was feeling like "crap". She gave me strict instructions on what to eat and what to drink, and she wanted to get my bloodwork checked again in two weeks. So I went in today to get my bloodwork done so I should know again sometime next week if my condition has improved. The cloudy feeling in my head is really annoying. Has anyone else experienced a cloudy feeling in the head and an inability to focus or concentrate? (i.e.memory issues, etc.) I have started taking some additional supplements for the brain hoping this will help---DHA, and EFA's. Any advice you could provide would be appreciated. I feel so tired all the time now. I am really trying to eat well and to hydrate, but I feel that it is still not enough because I am still not feeling 100%. Also, my weight has been droping again. I now weigh in at 135. I was hanging out at 142-138. Now, I am always consistenly weighing in at 135. My doctor told me at 138 not to lose any more weight so I am now below where I need to be weighing in at 135. I am ok at 135, but I don't think I need to lose anymore because I am 5 6 1/2. I am easily in a size 4. I don't think I would look good if I go to a size 2. I think I would start to look too sickly. Let me know if you have any thoughts.....thanks. Diana

protein + excersize = muscle fact: muscle weighs more than fat lean muscle mass is no cause for alarm. I would say you are ok and don't sweat it. They are gonna pull you so tight girl that you'll be beggin to make room in your skin! LOL! You will do great. Relax and good job on the protein, it will help you heal after surgery. Keep me updated though so we know how you are and also I want the gory details so I know what to expect. I don't think it will be too much longer before I have to have my hernia tt done either. Wendy

Hello family. I have been doing the plateau buster diet to try and loose 6 lbs before my plastic surgery at the end of this month. Well, I gained 2 lbs. So I intensified my workouts (5 days/week for an hour) and I gained 2 more lbs. Then I eased up on the plateau but still working out hard, and I gained 2 more lbs. All in 2 weeks. Now I only have 2 weeks left and need to loose 12 lbs. What the heck is going on. Why am I gaining in 2's? Why am I gaining at all? I'm about to have a breakdown!!! These 12 lbs are very important to me. Those 12 plus the 20 the plastic surgeon thinks he'll get off would put me at goal. Please help me!! Sharyn
