Hey Everyone, Today, friday, is my birthday, a little off the chart in making bad food choices, not eating too much, just not choicing too well...Here was yesterday... Thursday: B - granola cookie fruit protein smoothie S - 2 sf reeses mini cups 1oz lf cheddar cheese 10 sm butter pretzels L - 1 chip with blackbean/corn salsa 2 cheesy bread sticks 4 hot wings 3 mini chocolate wafer cookie bites S - 1 protein ball 1/2 oz london broil 1 1/2 oz fontina cheese 1x1" square strawberry roll cake D - avocado and tomato salad S - 1 protein ball 2 pieces sf chocolate 1 mini carrot cake I was at the grocery store picking up groceries at afternoon snack time, so had a few tastes while standing in line at the deli (bad grazing area, but at least mostly protein) Hope everyone else is going good with their food...jump on the train and keep us posted...
