Hi Lucy, I'm coming up fast behind you and jumping on the Wednesday train...I struggled yesterday too, was doing great until late afternoon - had a really early lunch cause I had to take the kids to the dr, when I got home I went on a snack binge, then did the gym and got the sugar shakes because my snacking was too much sugary stuff and the workout burned it all off and left me hypoglycemic, so then I mini-binged again while I was getting dinner together ...Back on track today... Wednesday B - coffee frappachino protein drink S - 1 oz lf cheddar & 10 sm butter pretzels L - 2x3 piece of eggplant parmasen & green beans S - 15 dk chocolate covered prune bites, 1 mini hersheys mr. Goodbar, 1/2 slice wheat bread with 2 spoon of green olive tapenade S - 4 creamcheese/bacon stuffed cherry tomatoes, 1 piece sf chocolate, 6-7 smoked almonds D - 1/2c Caesar salad with 5 bite size pieces of general tao's chicken on top S - sf blue bunny p/b icecream bar and 1 protein ball (made a new batch, love these things) I'll sign on Friday morning and report in for Thursday... Hello All, I tried that recipe for the oatmeal pancakes and WOW, so I thought I would share it with you this morning. OH SOOO GOOD! 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup cottage cheese (I used 2%) 1 egg dash of milk (I used the carb control milk) Vanilla and Cinnamin to taste ( I will add more next time) pinch of salt (I added that because for me it was needed but you don't need it) Blend all items together (great recipe for the Magic Bullet) and fry in pan. I made 2 pancaked and only eat one but I wil give what I have figured out to be the contents in calories and such but if you only have the one pancake you will have to cut that in half. (OH BTW I gave the other one to my hubby and he really liked it ) I used the Log Cabin s/f syrup......I bet this would be just awesome with some fresh fruit mixed in...YUMMMMMM Calories: 290 Carbs: 31 Protein: 19 Fat: 10 Now that is for the full batch, again I had only one pancake as it was really filling and maybe over the weekend I will try with some fruit mixed in. I just wanted to share this because it was sooo good and I have been craving pancakes but know they offer NOTHING for me! This helps with the protein and so much better for you. Debra P

Good morning fellow June bugs! I'm going ahead and starting this post today. Well yesterday was not a good day for me, but I can honestly say that I'm in full swing today. Today's Plan: B - AchievOne protein drink - Cappucino L - Stallone Pudding - Milk Chocolate D - TBD, tilapia fish with vegetables. Vitamins, water and exercise I'll be very busy today as tomorrow morning at this time, I'll be at the airport going to Atlanta for a work conference. Looking forward to seeing people I haven't seen in a year. Time for some WOW moments!! I'll be back on Wednesday afternoon and posting on Thursday! Hugs to all, Lucy

Hey Wendy, I am sure it is jus****er. Remember it takes 3500 extra calories to gain a pound and I am sure that you havent had 10500 extra calories. Its jus****er. I have been bouncing up and down 3 lbs all week, so I feel your pain. Have fun on vacation and I bet you are back down when you get back. Lynn

Hi Alesia. OK, here's my Tuesday: B - AchievOne Hazelnut Flavored Protein Drink L - Stallone High Protein Puddind - Milk Chocolate D - vegetarian chili with Boca crumbles S - Weigh****chers Strawberry Shortcake - I ate 2 of them!; some cajun mix with peanuts; 1 large pepperidge farm milk chocolate pecan cookie.. It was downhill after dinner for me. Today is not good either. I had my gyne appointment this morning. It went pretty well. I have to have a diagnostic mammogram as he felt a lump on both sides - could be cystic or scar tissue after my breast reduction. Yikes! Now what? I don't want any more surgery... only my plastic surgery! Lucy

Hi Wendy! Don't fret about the weight. It's probably water weight with the salt! Enjoy your trip to Orlando. I'll be close by (not close enough) as I will be headed to Atlanta on Friday.
