I am 158.5 as of this morning and I am no longer OBESE just Overweight!!
My BMI is now: 29.9....
Just an update on my 10 day Plateau Breaking Diet, it is day 3 today and all is well. I have lost a total of 3.5 lbs in 2 days... I got to see a new numbers on the scale so that is good. 
I never thought saying I am happy to be Overweight would feel so good. but it DOES!!! the next section is NORMAL..... I have never been Normal in my life. 
Well I just wanted to share with you all....

Topic: Home from Atlanta!
Good morning my friends! Boy, I'm so glad to be home. Too much food and no planned exercise. Need I say more? There was no milk at all on the airplane. I had to use orange juice for my protein cereal (that was on my flight to Atlanta). I had planned to be faithful to my pouch but wasn't.. I made a lot of poor choices but now I have to make the right choices for me!!! YAY!!!
Now it's time to get back to my resolve - pouch rules and activity!!
I've only got 69 days to plastic surgery! YIKES!!!
Today I am freezing in Chicagoland 
I'm wearing a brand new corduroy jacket - festive for Halloween with a top underneath and long pants.
I promise to check in after lunch and after dinner today to be accountable.

I love Miami In****ep telling my husband that I'm going to go there to get a tattoo. I didn't know you had to apply. Can you imagine how much their tattoos are?

Long time, no hear. I've been really busy lately. Sorry.
Ya know, I usually start losing when I eat more, particularly when I've been really "good" for a while. The extra stuff seems to jump start the losing again. It still works for me sometimes. more calories, less salt. You have come so far, that last 20 will just be gone one morning when you get on the scale.
Good luck! Didn't it feel good to just EAT without worry while you were gone?!

Hello my June Loves,
I have my first PS consult on 9/21 at 2p. I'm scheduled to consult about a breast reduction and lipectomy. " once my tummy is gone- I may work naked a few days!! LOL, no- but I will be thrilled.
I'm so excited. I pray that God works all out for me- The money seems like an issue but, God will see me through as he always does.
