Becky, That is how my shoulder, in fact both shoulders sometimes act up. I only had a shot in the left one, but he will do the other one if it gets bad. Thats the annoying part, I never know when it is going to flare up. Other than that though I feel great and never for a moment regret having this surgery. I am so happy with the outcome. You will lose the next 20, the end just takes longer than the beginning did. I hope your hips get better. I did hear that sometimes this fast weight loss shifts our areas of weight and sometimes places ache that didnt use too. I had terrible hip and low back pain before surgery and now it rarely acts up. But now its the shoulders. At least we are much more healthy now.. Take Care, Carla

Scary! I am really proud of you, but if you are like me the goal is actually a frightening thing to encounter. The closer I get the more freaked out I become! I won't know what to do after I meet goal weight. What is the first thing you are gonna do? I think we should do something significant when we get there. But I don't know what to do. Hi my beautiful Lynn! This indeed will be a scary time for me. To try and maintain, time will tell. Of course, I will be losing a bit more with the plastics. Plus, I am a member of weigh****chers and my ww goal is 155. That's the maximum I can weigh at my height (if I want to work for weigh****chers). I will fess up when I hit their goal. My ww leader knows I had RNY and some of the members do too. I have a huge support group there and need to be honest with them. I'm sort of scared about that, but I think they will understand and accept my decision to have the RNY. Thank you for your post and inspiration as well. We are a great team on this board! Hugs, Lucy
