Hi Claudia! I'm sorry for the loss of your family friend. The hardest part is that you weren't able to see her before she passed on. That sort of happened with my dad. He was in the hospital on a ventilator and had eye patches on. So I was there and he knew I was there, but I couldn't have a conversation with him or see him with his eyes opened. It was a very painful experience for me. He was also restrained so he wouldn't pull out the ventilator tube that was in his throat. I can understand that the past month could be tough for you. Hi Sharyn~ How are you feeling? I bet you will be excited to get to work out again!! Has your recovery been smooth? The 1/2 marathon was hard, but so worth the effort. I just finished two 5K's over the weekend, but that's it for now. Hugs, Kerri
