Hi Pam~ I just had to tell you how awesome you look!!! Your surgery post-pics are great. It looks as though your scars are healing really well. Any complications to speak of? I had always thought that I would have my lower body lift as my first surgery, but I'm so tired of my poor boobs being so saggy, I imagine that plus my arms will be what I start with.
I haven't lost a whole lot in the last few weeks, 4 lbs. total for month 16. I've laid off the intense walking now that the 1/2 marathon is over, and I can't believe how much the fat on my legs is collapsing! Ughhhh!!!!! I've worked so incredibly hard, and I've still been exercising, but obviously not enough to keep things in place. I can't push my body to do what iti takes for a marathon forever! So... we'll see what happens.
Hugs,
Kerri

Good for you Wendy!!! I usually don't win anything either. A couple weeks ago, I hosted Bunco at my house. I was on a roll, because I won both the Bunco (though had to split it with a tie) and the most wins. I finished with $80! Woo hoo!!! Too bad I spent more than that on the dinner that I served!
It, too. gave me a happy evening, though. Glad to hear yours cheered you up!!
Hugs,
Kerri

Topic: I'm a Winner!!
We NEVER win anything, but last night at our union meeting my hubby and I put in two bucks on a winner take all raffle and won 30 bucks!! Woo Hoo!
I know big deal right? But it was just cool to finally win something. It has felt like everything was going downhill for me lately and it really picked up my spirits.
How is everyone else doing?
Wendy
Topic: RE: What's on the menu today?
Lets see:
I had the cereal and cuppacino yesterday morning like I said then:
1 6oz yogurt with strawberries and protein powder added.
2 oz of caramel corn cakes (like a rice cake only made of popcorn)
dinner did not sit well so nothing there
1 more protein yogurt
3 oatbran pretzels and a colby jack cheese stick
LOTS of water--Yeah!
Not too bad for me.
Hey Pam- Do you make your Lattes at home? And how? I would like to try them.

They are already in the machine FULL of sugar!! I am done with them now though anyway! I can't afford to keep spending the money on them, when I can make coffee at home.
How are you getting 20g of protein in them? Are you adding protein powder?
Wendy
Topic: What's on the menu today?
Welp. Here's how I did today:
6 a.m Venti Sugar Free Vanilla Latte (nonfat milk, nofoam)
7-9 a.m. Blueberry muffin (spread out over a couple of hours)
12:30p.m. Three meatballs & a roll with butter
2:30 p.m. Fruit cup (about a cup)
4:00 p.m. mini york peppermint patty
4:30 p.m. Vitabrownie (100 cals loaded with vitamins)
5:30 p.m. Venti sugar free Vanilla latte with non-fat milk & no foam
6:00 p.m. 7 Hersheys kisses
7:00 p.m. Toasted low-fat whole wheat english muffin with turkey & provolone (at the whole darned thing - thought i would POP)
Lotsa Lotsa hot tea, one measley bottle of water, and took my vitamins.
I have to eat small doses every couple of hours or I get the shakes. Probably could have done with out the freakin' candy....but if I could have found some yellow banana's I would have eaten that instead. I try to eat a banana a day.
Those vitabrownies & vitamuffins are awesome if you can find them. They have 100 or less calories, low-sugar, high fiber and loaded with daily vitamins. I can only find them at Giant in my town.
How'd everyone else do???
Pam

You know what Wendy - you are really not doing as bad as you think! All you really have to do is try that sugar free syrup in those cappacino's! I swear, I can't tell the difference! Shoot - sometimes I have up to 3 of those things in a day! But at 20g protein in a large - I'm not feeling too guilty.
I'll step right up and tell you I've had PLENTY of days eating like you did here - only difference is the sugar free syrup.
Hugs
Pam
