New Picture - Finally!

Well, my new picture finally showed up. I sent it in a month ago so it's a little outdated already. I really need to learn how to post pictures myself. :P I weigh about ten pounds less than in the picture. As you can see I still have about 50 pounds left to lose but sure look better than before. You look awesome! My you have done a wonderful job. That is interesting that you say you have 50 lbs left. That would put you at about where I want to be. I see so many people with a higher goal, but I'm assuming they are taller. I'm 5"6 and was told I should weight about 130, but I figure 135 then plastics. Good luck. I'm impressed w/ your loss.

Dawn, You look great! I just checked out your new picture! Your hair looks so healthy! What do you do to keep your hair looking so beautiful. My hair looks so bad right now. I think my lack of nutrients are starting to show. Any suggestions? I use good shampoo--for color treated Matrix(salon only). I drink a protein shake in the morning, but still my hair looks awful. It looks like straw. My hair never looked this bad until I had the surgery. I love the weight loss, but my hair has aged considerably. Any tips that you could send along would be greatly appreciated?!! How do you keep such great hair! Diana
