Below surgeons goal

Just wanted to let everyone know I've made it below my surgeons goal of 165. My loss has been slow but steady, but as a "light weight" I didn't expect it to be different. I'm at 164, 2 more pounds and I weigh less than hubby I am down 86 pounds from my high and 71 since surgery. Not sure how far I want to go, guess until it stops, I haven't really been doing anything to actively lose for a while, just sticking with 5 oz meals, protein and water, and not snacking too much. I also have not "tested the waters" with real sugar, but I love my SF stuff. HW 250 @ 5'6" tight 22's SW 235 CW 164 size 6 jeans GW surgeon 165 GW mine 150/160????????

Hi Sandra Congratulations!! That is absolutely wonderful! I think it's going to take me awhile to get to my surgeon's goal. My weight loss has had a temporary stop. So, who ever is hogging the the whoosh fairy, send her my way! Sharyn 307/180/148

Thanks Sharyn, I had a real slump around the beginning of the year. Make sure you are eating enough, you don't want your body to think you are starving it. I eat 1000-1200 calories a day. Continued success.

Congrats! See that is so weird that you are that weight and wear a size 6. Years ago at that weight I was still in 16s and I am 5"6. Great job!

Thanks Kelli Jo, the sizes are so strange now, the last time I weighed this I know I was in at least a 14. My weight has always been "solid" even doctors wouldn't belive I weighed as much as I did. But my hips have always been a size smaller than my waist, so the new style allows for a smaller size, since I now have NO azz or hips. My capris are all 8's and I have some skirts that sit right at the waist that are 10. It's all a mystery to me Keep up the good work Kelli, you are doing great.

Thanks Dawn, I just don't want to know with the sugar. If I found out I could eat it then it just the same old willpower that let me get to 250 in the first place. I've only been sick twice but that was my fault, not the food. It's bad enough (sortof) that I can eat fried foods, LOL I'd hate to know I could eat sugar.
