Okay, I started the Plateau Buster today... why am I hiding.... cuz the day is not over yet.... I gotta get rid of this carb thing and this seems like a really good way to do it. Honestly, it is just what we are suppose to do anyway...right... I will not claim that I will stay on it, but hey, an attempt is the first step. Even if I do it part of the time, I'm sure it will atleast get that carb craving out of my system. Now I just gotta stay away from our break room, where there is a huge angel food cake sitting in the middle of the table. You know the doctor had me on no exercise, but I wanted to try it again this week, so if I can't handle too much, I'm gonna swim. I love to swim and they have the lap pool open again, so I won't feel like a shark is gonna attack me at the deep end of the pool anymore. Everyone have a great weekend!

Thanks , I appreciate that. I know that you can do it. One thing that I have noticed in the last 4 days is that it does help with the carb cravings. I was having big problems with craving sweets and this diet has helped. I dont think that I would want to stay on it too long because it causes some serious bathroom issues but I am down 7lbs in 4 days so that is good. I went and had my metabolism tested this morning and the little machine said that my resting metabolism is 1680 I was pretty pleased about that. It means that I dont have to eat 1000 calories for the rest of my life. Yea!!! Good luck on the no carb thing, for me it really helped. You can do it!!!!! Lynn

Hey, I'm assuming the coffee/tea is w/ no creamer, right? Since they have carbs, though not much.
