Thanks for the info, Jim. I have already discovered some of the bathroom issues. I am going to start adding some good carbs back in this weekend so that it doesnt get to stressful on my digestive system. But the nice thing that I have discovered about this diet is that it has really helped eliminate the carb cravings. Thanks again for the info Lynn

Oh Yes. The vicious cycle: Carbs => Blood Sugar Boost => Insulin Spike => Insulin Drop => Craving => Carbs You can help minimize your cravings by adding in mostly "good" carbs (low glycermic index, high in fiber, etc.). The smaller the fluctuation in insulin levels the lower the craving trigger. BTW - I've never had much success at eating only "good" carbs . Luckily WLS has made it really difficult to eat many of the "bad" carbs. I just realized that next month it will have been a year since I have had a regular soda (Pepsi was one of my biggest vices).

Hello ladies what I had to do was increase my calories and make it mainly protein like she said but I wasn't geeting enough calories in even at ten mos and the scale wouldn't move I was sick then increasing my fluids also I was off 5lbs in one day. hard to believe I was to in order to loose you got to eat just eat the right things.
