I went to my ps for my follow up appt and had the bandages removed. WOW what a difference!! I feel so much better having all that tight stuff taken off - even though I have to wear another tight garment in it's place. Everything looks wonderful!! Even though I have put out over 12,000 cc's - I STILL have to keep the catheter until Wednesday. darnit. I hate that thing. It makes me feel so limited! I also got to take a shower today - that was HEAVEN - only I really couldn't reach my head so I had to wash my hair upside down - but I managed. The pain is better - the swelling is coming down somewhat. I was surprised that after getting rid of over 12000 cc's I lost only 5 pounds of what I gained. My arms and chest are still very swollen. But I guess that is to be expected. I am THRILLED with the results and can barely wait to see how much better it will look a week from now. I'm sharing the pics with you - BUT WARNING - there is absolute nudeness in here!! These are a few before and 3 days post-op. http://s9.photobucket.com/albums/a86/Pam726/Plastics/ password is: ps (hope it works) Hugs, Pam

You look so awesome. I am so happy for you. I would love to get my breasts done. I did see a plastic surgeon a few weeks ago and am waiting to see what my insurance says. I doubt they will pay, but there is always hope. You must feel like a million bucks. The pain will pass, but that body will be with you forever..your surgeon did an outstanding job. Congratulations.

Thanks for sharing the pics!! You look great! even thou I am not done losing the weight, i would like to get my arms done and and get a boob reduction. (i am a 42dd) But i got to see what my insurance will cover. I know they will cover the tummy tuck, but hopefully they will cover either the arms or the chest. I rather get it done all at once so by the time I heal, I don't have to worry about going thru it again. Good Luck and feel better soon! Dawn
