Thanks Kerri. I do feel very proud of the fact that I saw this thing through. I'm now down to 140 and, at 5' 6", that's just about ideal for me. I can't believe I can wear a size 4! I guess I need to get a newer pic up on there, huh? My doc wants me to stay where I am now, so I take that as a major accomplishment. To be honest, though, my mind still sometimes forgets that I'm no longer fat. It has happened so fast for me. It hasn't even been a whole year. Does that ever happen to you?
