I just read your profile and notice you have a daughter that models as well...mine is 12 and has done quite a bit of modelling as well...just went thru a great growth spurt though, so in between size ranges...needs 2 more inches for the next stage (5ft 6 in now)...She is with Minor details..who is your daughter with...always interesting to hear / meet other parents with the same.. LOL about the picture...I sent in pictures like that myself, from all four sides! My husband, who took the photos, thought I was nuts but I thought it would put a picture to the application and there was no way they could look at those photos and tell me with a straight face that I didn't need the surgery! I have my fingers crossed for a quick approval! Keep us advised! Dawn

I called Dr. Starr's office to see if they received my referral. The lady was super nice but she was so busy she said I was best to call back on Thurs. that way if they received the referral and booked the appointment she would know by then and if not then she can dig into it. I called my dr. office to see if the referral went out and no one can find anything. They left a note for my GP to see what is up. God damn it!! I saw her on April 13th for that referral and she said yes...so it takes this long to fax out a friggin referral??? boy oh boy!
