Good Morning all ~hugs~
What I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz carb control milk with 1 scoop Isopure choc protein powder, 1/2 banana.
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate.
S- String cheese, 1 apple
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 3 oz grilled chicken and broccoli.....(stole some co workers french fries )
S- 6 oz stallone pudding, 1 Jolly Rancher
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- shrimp chow mein (without the sauce, no starch added), a couple of crunchy noodles

S- pk PB cheese crackers
*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 60 oz water, 15 oz Diet Coke, 12 oz crystal light
*Excercise: n/a

So far today I had a little broccoli cheese cassorole this morning, it was yummy. And I had a power crunch bar for snack. I cant decide what to have for lunch. I want to have some more cassorole but it is the fridge and out in my downstairs room and I just put my grandaughter to bed in her playpen out there so if I go out to get it she will wake up. So I guess I will have to find something else. Maybe trisquits and cheese?

B - Venti triple decaf sugar free vanilla latte, nonfat, no foam
S- 8 Chocolate covered cashews
L- Insides of a chicken enchilada & chips with salsa
S- Strawberry Protein shake with a banana in it
D- leftover chicken
about 1400 calories yesterday
(plus multi-vitamins, B-12, Calcium and lots of tea and water)
Today-
B- Venti triple decaf sugar free vanilla latte, nonfat, no foam
S - Banana
L- Taco Supreme from TB + one square of dark chocolate
S- two sugar free peanut butter cups
S- Chocolate covered pretzel rod (90 calories, 5g sugar, 1 protein)
D - Salad with chicken & cheese & ranch
probably will have a protein shake later....
about 1200 calories for today
(plus multi-vitamins, B-12, Calcium and lots of tea and water)

not doing very good with the eating... today wasn't much better than yesterday, so i might as well just do today.

L-1oz ham, 1/2 mini bagel-plain
D-piece of corn on the cob
water and crystal lite, had my multi-vitamin and iron
i really want to try a diet soda! but i am afraid i will get hooked, if my pouch could handle it!
