Hello Everyone... Hope your Easter is/was good...I just wanted to hop on today and say how proud I am of everyone on this board...Keep up the and the good work...We have come so far - each and every one of us...Some have reached goal, some are just inches from the finish, some have a little more to go; but ALL of us have made GIGANTIC strides in how we look at food and ourselves...No matter what, don't lose what you've learned...No matter where you are: done or getting there one baby step at a time, I think the answer is remembering the rules of the pouch...I reached my goal but struggle now to try to maintain - the same rules apply... Lastly I want to say once again what a great group we have on the June board...I read you every day, you are my lifeline, my support, my friends THANK YOU
