Hi-My name is Martha Dunn. I am completing my doctoral degree at Antioch New England Graduate School. My dissertation research project explores post bariatric surgery behavior, struggles and needs. I suppose I could go back on and copy and past, but since there are several pages, I thought maybe you'd have it in one page or so that you could email me. I found this very helpful, and that the quesitons are things that could help in the future if one asks oneself these same questions every so often.
