I'm such a brat!!
This is just so amazing! Think of it, only a few short months ago we were all comparing supplements and plateaus and concerns about not losing enough fast enough. Look at you, Kerri----a 5K and racquetball!!!
I can hardly wait to exercise!! I even dream about walking miles and miles down the street. Haven't been able to do anything but upper body because of needing a hip replacement, but that will be this Friday, and my life will change once again. First the weight loss, now my mobility.
But a 5K, geez that seems almost impossible. Congratulations Kerri! That is just wonderful!

Thanks Sharon. You'll be up and about before you know it. How long will you be in the hospital for the hip replacement surgery? Another step toward regaining your life back. I'm so excited for you!!!
Keep us posted on how you're doing, when you're going in and when you plan to be home. I'd like to say some extra prayers for you that day.
Take care,
Kerri
JUST DO IT!!! There is no law that says you have to finsih the race right? You are not out to win right? You are out for a personal goal. If you ahve to take a break.. then do it. Besides.. just think of all the weight you will lose while training to do the 10k. Sometimes it is not all about the race but the benefits of preparing for it.
Happy Easter
