OK I am kind of late today so if you want to post what you had today it is fine as well but I will stick to what I had yesterday since that is done and I can not mess that up any longer.
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 3 1/2 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries.
1 Centrum chewable multi (taken 1/2 hr after my Calcium now), 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 400mg Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate.
S- string cheese, 12 grapes
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- small Wendys chili
S- 1 pretzel Rod
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- 2 1/2 oz chicken leg and wing, some potato salad.

*Supplements: 1800 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 64 oz water, 8 oz crystal light
*Excercise: n/a

Hi Debra! It's always fun to see what everyone eats, huh...
B: Protein shake, 1/2 serving Cracklin Oat Bran cereal (dry, eaten out of hand). Or Kashi Lean cooked cereal.
S: Raw cauliflower, cucumber slices, or broccoli florets, dipped in low fat salad dressing.
L: Salmon/black bean salad with half an apple OR 1/2 cup of condensed bean with bacon soup, 2 slices swiss cheese and half an apple.
S: 1/3 cup corn nuts or 24 Goldfish crackers or 1/4 cup roasted soybeans.
D: 35 gram protein smoothie made with Nectar, strawberry puree, plain yogurt, and light orange juice or Diet V8 fruit juice.
S/Dessert: 17 milk chocolate chips or 1 Rolo candy (not one roll, just one candy) or 1 plain shortbread cookie.
Alternate Dessert: Carb control vanilla yogurt stirred with strawberry puree and topped with lite whipped cream.
Alternate: Low sugar/fat granola rolled in Splenda, Cinnamon, and peanut butter. Combine to make what I call PB Drops. Freeze for 30 minutes and eat---only eat 1 or 2. Tastes very decadent!
Supplements throughout the day as prescribed. By the way, for essential fatty acids, I started taking Total EFA, which is Omega 3,6,9---the full spectrum. What a difference in my skin!! Try it, it's unbelievable!

Dang, I guess that's all i ate yesterday. Sheesh. I didn't even realize it till now.
