OK my fellow Junners, ~Hugs~
it has been a while so you ALL post to let us know how your eating was yesterday... Also if you really do not want to post your menu then just a note to let us know how you are doing...
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz carb control Choc Milk with I 1st got up then about 45 mins later I had 1 egg on 1 slice toast with pat of butter and SF grape jelly,
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- string cheese
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 2.5 oz grilled chicken with greens, light dressing
1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- a serving of some cheese combos
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- 2 oz chopped clams (with butter and garlic) over 2 oz wheat angle hair pasta.
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 1 cup popcorn
At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
*Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 24 oz water, 20 oz Sprite Zero, 15 oz crystal light
*Excercise: fixing and working around the house, cleaning the yard!

Hi Debra,
I had my usual for breakfast. I am addicted to the southwestern breakfast wraps from south beach. I succomed to temptation and had a couple of crackers when I gave the kids their snack. I hate snacktime. I am going to have a morningstar farms tomato and basil burger for lunch with a slice of cheese and for dinner I have school tonight so it is going to be a low carb turkey wrap at subway. I love those and they are only 290 calories with cheese and lowfat mayo. Yummy.
Plus I got up and did two miles before daycare today and lifted weights. Yea for me today. I am going to make a better effort for exercise this month I really stunk at it in March.

Yeah i enjoy those wraps at Subway as well, you just have to watch the stuff they put on it.. They sure help when you are out but trying to stay on track.
That is really good, the 2 miles....I was going to walk at lunch today but it is raining here today Oh well I will have to think of something other now.

I haven't done as well as you but maybe if I post it will help me to stay on track. So here it goes:
B - Ham and Cheese Quesadilla - only half 1 Centrum chewable, 2 1500mg Biotin and 1 Caltrate Chewable
S - Sugar Free Cheesecake
L - 2oz beef jerky, Carb Freedom Yogurt with 1/4c. granola added
S - probably nothing
D - Italian Meatloaf and maybe a veggie if I can fit it in.

I wish that I could vary my diet but I eat the same thing most everyday!
start off with my B-12 sublingual.....and a viactiv
B-Nectar protein
L-salad with 1 tbs of chopped eggs and about 1/8 cup of cheese
D-1/2 cup of turkey chili
Snack...nectar protein and a few strawberries...
I only eat about 350 calories a day! I don't think I could handle the foods that most of you eat!

Wow you only eat 350 a day? I don't think I would live on that low calories. My body seems to do really well with 600-800 calories but sadly most of my days are 800-900 calories a day. It works for you since you are at goal already? 190 lbs in 10 months WOW..

Oh boy.... Don't ever follow my example for yesterday!
First, let me explain that I am AGAIN desperate to have a BM - as you will see below:

SF Vanilla Latte (WITH caffiene)
1/2 eng muffin w/ one scrambled egg + slice cojack
Calcium + D
20 oz water
7 SF (loaded with sugar alcohols) turtles
20 oz water + 1 hour walking with my mom
3 bites of my son's regular full sugar ice cream
2 multivitamins
20 oz water
Calcium + D
Another SF Vanilla Latte
20 oz water
8 Full sugar jelly beans
Hot tea with splenda & half n half
All I got was feeling sick & fevery with foamies. NO BM!!
SO BACK TO NORMAL EATING TODAY:
B12
SF Vanilla Latte
One hard shell taco
2 multivitamins
20 oz hot tea
Calcium + D x2
20 oz water
salad with chicken & ranch
20 oz water
Gonna try a grapefruit tonight
Probably gonna take either x-lax or smooth move tea tonight to see if that helps. Something has to work. You know it's bad if I'm willing to risk dumping and puking and feeling bad.
