Sweet Flower, How are ya? It is hard to believe.......... this is so wild. Things have really changed for us all. Things were more intense in the beginning- now it is up to us........... to continue the magic. We are blessed to have made it this far w/o many bumps. I love the weight gone-but the current eating ability is questionable at times................ CONTROL is key...!! Anyhoo, we are the best and deserve the best!! Renee'

Hi Mary Jo, It seems surreal to me as well to know that we will be celebrating a year very soon. There are times that I wish the weight would just slide off, but it will be even more satisfying when I succeed over the long haul. Wow, I dunno. Ofcourse, a few months after surgery I had Katrina to deal with so I didn't really get to enjoy everything as I'd like to have. However, I wouldn't go back, as I still have a lot more to lose. Although I've lost 155 lbs ttl, I still have 114 to go, so I'd like to speed up time and be done with it. I may however feel that way further out, when I am closer to goal. Right now I just keep praying I can keep losing to obtain it. I am so happy for all of you who are at it though.
