Swimsuits

O.K., I'm finally past beating myself up over this and am ready for all of your input. We have a pool, and I don't have a swim suit in which to enjoy it anymore. I know what I want, but can't find it anywhere, on line or in person. And I don't live in a small town! Between sagging skin, cellulite, and pendulous mammaries, I need support and coverage. But I'm not a chaste nun. I need to tan the cleavage area - It's the one asset I can show off without grossing everyone out! Because I have so much excess skin, I still require a DD cup, now it's a 34-36 instead of a 44. Has anyone had any luck. Speedo has some extra support suits, but they aren't cute or flattering. Victoria's Secret has some cute push-up tankini's but they don't cover the tummy. And I'll have rolls until I can afford good plastics. I'd also like a little straight skirt to cover at least the tops of these hideous thighs. Tight jeans are my friend. Swimsuits are not. This is traumatic! PLEASE HELP! Kristie

i can totally understand. we don't have a pool, but we have access to several here on base and i love to swim. you can do web searches for "miraclesuit" and "slimsuit" and "carol wior" that offer underwire top support. i'm going to have to have an underwire bra in my suit. i went from a 58 EE to a 40 DD and my girls are drooping fiercely. i also found this website that has a special section for DD cup swimsuits http://www.cyberswim.com/jump.jsp?itemID=38&itemType=CATEGORY&path=1%2C2%2C5%2C38

Tell me what SIZE you are and I'm likely to have some I can send your way. Most of my suits size 18 and 22 I can't wear anymore and only wore them about 3 times. That was at the spa for less than 30 minutes each time.

You're so sweet! I burned my 22's last fall. I'm in 10-12's now. Love the size, but not the look. I found 2 at Goodwill last weekend. Not my first choice, but at $6 each rather than $112 for something similar, I'll take it. That, and it doesn't have to be exactly what I'm looking for at that price, either. This gives me more time to find what I really need. Thanks so much, Kristie

Sometimes I wonder if beating yourself up counts as exercise??? Try Land's End catalogue or online. I had good luck there. The way I see it is this- I would much rather have loose skin than that same skin filled with FAT!!! I am getting married in 6 weeks, have lost 104 lbs since 6/05 and am damn proud of my body- loose skin and all. We have all worked so hard to get to this point- don't be ashamed- be proud- we might all look like charpe puppies, but so what!!! Good Luck!
