Hello my fellow Juners ~Hugs~
Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 3 1/2 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- string cheese, 12 green grapes
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 2 oz grilled Chicken and cauliflower
1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 6 oz stallone pudding with 2 tsp ground flax seed
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- 1/2 grilled cheese
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S-some nacho chips with salsa
At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
*Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 1000 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 70 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke
*Excercise: fixing and working around the house
Have been out for a week with the new house so please let me know how you all have been and what is new....

you can drink diet coke? i wish i could sometimes... it hurts my pouch, i got brave once and tried a bottle and big gas bubbles or something. i think i could do the fountain soda because i sometimes take sips of my kids and it doesn't hurt. maybe this summer i will try...
yesterday...
B-ff/sf vanilla latte, slice of raisin bread (yum, gotta stay away!)
L-chicken blt salad with ff honey mustard from wendys (i only eat the top with very little lettuce)
S-tangerine
D-lean cuisine chicken marsala w green beans and carrots
S-another tangerine, i ate a handful of BBQ chips! (for shame!)
about only 50 oz water, 2 cups smooth move tea (love this stuff!)

I dont measure anything. I should, but have never gotten in the habit.
I have two protein shakes a day, one in the morning or afternoon and one at night. I am addicted to them. For breakfast I had a slice of cheese and three wheat ritz crackers, for lunch I had a half of a chix enchilada, (ate most of the insides), with about 2 TBLS of mexican rice and a half container of Carb free yougurt. For dinner I had about 1oz of tuna mixed with miracle whip and about half a cup of potato salad. Then I had a Carb Freedom yogurt smoothie on my ride home from work. I take calcium citrate, benefiber, and two multi vitamins a day. I take one B-12 a week. I drink decaf coffee, propel, crystal lilte, flavored water and reg water. I get plenty of liquids.I have 20 lbs to get to my goal. Its slowed way down, but I am patient because I know it will come off. I have lost a total of 121 lbs. About the size person Mary Jo is now.
