I'M SO PROUD OF YA'LL

Hello, it has been some time since I have been here some of you are new and its nice to see the ones that have beeen here awhile. Just to give you an update had surgery on June 13, 2005, and have lost 120 pounds now yeah. I have gone from 304 morning of surgery to 184, I love hearing all of your stories no matter what you have to say I get something out of all of you, thanks and have a great day. I have some befor pic on my e-mail and new ones on a disk can someone tell me how to post them for ya'll to look at.
