I went to exercise today and met my little goal. I am now in the 260's. My initial weight was 411 and today I am 269. Have a great day everyone. Just a food for thought. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!

I am with you on being up there in pounds. Don't give up though, even though it feels far away, our goals are getting closer. And yes I definetily need to excersize!
