I take B-12 liquid sublingual (from Walmart) every Wednesday and Saturday. My numbers have been great except for Potassium which has be really low so they added a potassium pill everyday. Chip

Renee, I would be very careful about the B12. Mine went from somewhere in the 900's to a little over 200 in a 3 month span. I asked for a copy of the bloodwork and saw that it had a note saying that 10% of people start experiencing big problems under 400. I find that to be SCARY! My doctor said it was a little low when I questioned it. ??? I started daily sublinguals - liquid under tongue from Walmart. Ask this same question on the main messageboard and you will hear some very scary stories. I say be proactive and start the sublinguals. Why take a chance? Dawn

Yep, B-Complex supplements have been a part of my life since about 3 weeks out. I do the sub-lingual B-Complex liquid from Wal-Mart every a.m., the adult dose of children's chewable multi plus iron 2 times per day (twice the recommended dosage) and a calcium supplement 2x per day. Basically, every time I eat something, I follow it with a supplement. The sub-lingual I take in the a.m. while I put on make-up. My blood work is great. My hemocrit was 40 on Wednesday, and I was able to donate 2 units of red blood cells. I resumed regular blood donations at 6 1/2 months, and have had no problems. If anything, I get to monitor my iron levels more closely. As for the energy, I can REALLY tell by the second day if I forget the B-Complex. I don't really want to walk to whole 5 miles, etc. Of course, if I don't walk for a couple of days, then I don't want to walk either. Good Luck! Kristie
